What you will do

  • Proactively source candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles using diverse channels.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines aligned with quarterly hiring priorities.
  • Conduct market and competitor mapping to identify talent for critical and future needs.
  • Craft targeted outreach messages to engage passive candidates and assess initial fit.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to iterate on sourcing strategies based on feedback.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key sourcing metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, research, or recruitment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong organizational discipline and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Creative and rigorous sourcing mindset.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Paris.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby or similar ATS platforms.
