What you will do

• Develop, strategize, and execute creator boosting campaigns on META and TikTok from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
• Facilitate campaign operations, workflows, deadlines, and processes for on-time execution.
• Monitor KPIs like website traffic, conversions, ad performance, and revenue, informing the team on findings.
• Analyze business metrics to evaluate success and identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate boosting efforts with Campaign Operations and sales teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with paid social media (META, TikTok) for DTC/B2C brands, including campaign implementation and execution.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Base knowledge of UTM parameters.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with influencer marketing, sales collaboration, and performance analysis.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
