• Manage, test, and scale large performance marketing budgets
• Test new creatives to improve engagement and performance
• Collaborate with creatives and PPC teams to align messaging
• Explore new opportunities across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research for targeting and strategies

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with proven track record
• Skilled in third-party analytics and attribution tools
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns
• Enthusiastic about paid social and committed to continuous learning
• Comfortable with testing, iterating, and scaling
