What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Paid Social Strategists to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and inspire achievement.
• Engage with clients to translate business goals into effective paid social strategies and provide regular strategic recommendations.
• Supervise end-to-end execution of campaigns, focusing on setup, advanced audience targeting, and bid management.
• Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize overall ROI.
• Research and implement innovative tactics and industry trends to maintain campaign relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record on Meta and TikTok.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated success using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and BeReal.
• Prior management experience.
