What you will do

  • Own large-scale YouTube campaigns, expertly navigating Video Reach (VRC) and Video View (VVC) formats.
  • Design and analyze Brand Lift Surveys, Conversion Lift Studies, and Search Lift metrics to measure reach value.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop funnel-specific assets for awareness and consideration.
  • Manage and optimize performance across diverse global markets based on brand health data.
  • Lead the strategic expansion into other video-first platforms including TikTok and Meta.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget, complex digital accounts.
  • Deep expertise in the Google Ads video ecosystem, including Shorts and niche-targeted content.
  • Strong full-funnel marketing mindset, understanding the interplay between awareness and conversion.
  • Fluency in interpreting Lift metrics to drive actionable optimization strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets efficiently across multiple languages and regions.
