What you will do

• Design and execute full-funnel Paid Social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit to grow LTV and revenue.
• Apply insights from the Bliss Point product suite (Forecasting, Incrementality, Creative Insights) to guide budgets and audience bets.
• Develop and run rigorous A/B and lift tests, defining success metrics in advance to optimize performance.
• Maintain tracking health via pixel, CAPI, and event mapping, utilizing GA4 to connect media spend to revenue.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, and Client Leadership to turn best practices into repeatable growth playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns, with deep expertise in Meta and TikTok.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI, and TikTok Smart Performance.
• Proficiency in GA4 and platform analytics to measure CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholder storytelling and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Experience managing campaigns on Pinterest, Snapchat, or Reddit.
