What you will do

  • Engage with leads through targeted campaigns including emails, social selling, events, and calls to establish contact and schedule meetings.
  • Qualify prospects' needs to ensure fit with solutions and transfer relevant information to Account Executives.
  • Track and monitor performance using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.
  • Analyze lead performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on KPIs, and report activities and results to manager.
  • Provide feedback to improve SDR team processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English are mandatory
  • Higher education in business, marketing, or related discipline
  • Experience in B2B sales, with prior experience in SaaS or digital technology as a plus
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environment
