What you will do
- Prospect and engage potential customers across the UK and EMEA region via phone, email, and social channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify high-value sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings for Account Executives to ensure strong pipeline development.
- Research target accounts and key stakeholders to personalize outreach.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity records within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on campaigns and territory strategies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales development, business development, or a customer-facing SaaS role.
- Fluency in English for establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- Proactive approach to outbound prospecting and curiosity regarding customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience using AI tools to improve business efficiency and results.
