What you will do

• Document, track, and monitor client program requirements post-implementation.
• Partner with internal teams (Finance, Product, Member Services) to execute deliverables and reporting.
• Resolve client-specific information needs and update training for service agents.
• Proactively track and resolve technical support issues using internal tools.
• Manage consistent client communication throughout the operational lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of professional experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or project management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in SaaS, health/wellness, or healthcare industries.
