TL;DR
HR Business Partner (People Operations): Dedicated People partner for the Care organization within the Technology department with an accent on organizational alignment, performance culture, and leadership coaching. Focus on resolving complex employee relations, refining role clarity to increase delivery speed, and executing workforce plans for AI-powered care experiences.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $130K – $155K

What you will do
- Partner with Care Team leaders to refine roles and responsibilities to reduce friction and increase speed.
- Coach frontline managers on performance management, career development, and team dynamics.
- Drive the execution of the performance culture, including leading semi-annual review processes.
- Analyze and resolve complex employee relations matters and organizational bottlenecks.
- Act as the primary subject matter resource for all People-related priorities within the assigned function.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and other HRBPs to ensure a seamless end-to-end talent experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting fast-paced tech organizations.
- Must be based in the US.
- Solid understanding of compensation, performance, employment law, and org design.
- Ability to solve complex problems through the evaluation of data and identifiable factors.
- Strong ability to persuade others and adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting complex Leave of Absence (LOA) and Accommodation cases.
