What you will do

• Lead the growth of Agentic Application Management Services (AMS) and architect scalable AI-driven offerings.
• Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets for AI-led application management deals.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor for autonomous operations strategy.
• Translate complex application portfolios into differentiated, AI-enabled managed services.
• Develop and mentor the next generation of AI-fluent consultants and delivery leaders.
• Drive external eminence by publishing thought leadership and speaking at industry events regarding agentic AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting or managed services leadership experience with a track record of large deal origination.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrable expertise in Application Management Services (AMS) and IT operations transformation.
• Working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, AIOps platforms, or intelligent automation technologies.
• Experience designing and selling outcome-based managed services contracts.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the CXO level.
