What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI and analytics strategy engagements, focusing on enterprise transformation, governance, and value realization.
• Act as a senior advisor to executives on AI investments, adoption frameworks, and strategic roadmaps.
• Conduct maturity assessments across people, processes, and technology to ensure readiness for scale.
• Drive business development through proposals, solution shaping, and strategic account growth.
• Develop intellectual property and market-facing AI strategy methodologies.
• Mentor consulting teams to improve delivery excellence and executive communication skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, data strategy, or digital transformation within client-facing environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams or strategic consulting engagements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, ROI models, and value-driven transformation recommendations.
• Proficiency with AI platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI capabilities and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
