What you will do

• Design and drive on-going corporate strategies to build a compelling portfolio of growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to translate high-level strategies into targeted actions and tangible earnings.
• Identify critical growth initiatives across the organization, including business building, product management, and pricing.
• Execute revenue growth strategies via strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
• Manage annual strategy cadences and engage the executive team and Board of Directors on company performance.
• Maintain broad-based relationships with internal executive teams and professional industry networks.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5-7 years specifically in strategy management consulting at a blue-chip firm or corporate development in a leading financial institution.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from a top-ranked university is preferred.
• Experience in the financial services or fintech sector, particularly within institutional outsourced platforms.
• Proven ability to lead through influence within a large, complex, global organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
