What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in a hospital setting.
• Collect data and troubleshoot real-world issues to provide feedback to the engineering team.
• Manage the customer experience, ensuring hospital staff expectations are met.
• Communicate robot operations to hospital staff and the public.
• Help design and implement operational processes as the organization scales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and significant holidays.
• Ability to obtain vendor credentials (including immunizations, background check, and drug screen).
