What you will do
- Manage incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat for English and Spanish speaking customers.
- Provide troubleshooting and training to resolve customer problems and concerns.
- Document all interactions, including emails and chats, in the Call Center database.
- Coordinate product repairs and maintain accurate customer demographic information.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Technical Support Supervisor.
Requirements
- Fluency (verbal and written) in both English and Spanish.
- High School diploma (Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) and Windows navigation.
- Strong interpersonal communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work shift: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9:00pm EST.
