Location: Remote with PST hours required for US customers. Not required to be based in the San Francisco office.

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of escalated technical issues, ensuring quick resolution.
  • Diagnose issues using internal logs and tooling, identifying root causes.
  • Design and maintain internal tools and workflows for faster self-service investigations.
  • Create and improve internal documentation for human and AI-powered tools.
  • Partner with Account Managers on key enterprise accounts for technical troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to provide clear, context-rich bug reports.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical support, solutions, or similar role at a B2B software company.
  • Comfort digging into logs, systems, and documentation to identify root causes.
  • Experience translating ambiguous customer issues into clear, structured problem statements.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering.
  • SQL experience and basic coding proficiency.
  • Ability to work to PST hours for US customers.
