Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX); Must be based in the US and not require visa sponsorship

What you will do

  • Partner with Recruiting leadership and Hiring Managers to execute full life cycle staffing strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates across multiple channels.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial identification to negotiating and extending employment offers.
  • Maintain and track candidate activity within the ATS to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Meet key metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, and diversity.
  • Participate in special projects to optimize the Recruiting department’s functions.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, specifically with high volume positions.
  • Proven experience developing and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Oracle iRecruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of governmental employment law and anti-discrimination regulations.
  • No visa sponsorship available for this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
