Location: Must be based in the EST time zone, preferably the New York Tri-State area and willing to commute to the NYC office 1-2x monthly

What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Jr. to Mid-level roles across Technical, Commercial, and G&A functions.
  • Execute outbound sourcing strategies and manage inbound pipelines via Lever ATS.
  • Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to define role scope and candidate profiles.
  • Optimize pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill using funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate on employer branding, interview best practices, and process improvements.
  • Integrate AI and modern recruiting tools to increase sourcing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech.
  • Experience managing high requisition volume (8+) in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Lever or Greenhouse.
  • Based in the EST time zone, preferably the New York Tri-State area.
  • Ability to commute to the Manhattan office 1-2 times per month on average.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
