• Conduct screening, active sourcing, competency-based interviews, and align profiles with hiring managers.
• Perform English interviews to validate fluency and cultural fit.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience and contribute to employer branding.
• Collaborate on endomarketing, employee engagement, and people operations.

Requirements
