VP of Finance (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and advanced financial modeling.
• Partner with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership on financial strategy, growth, and operational efficiency.
• Lead IPO readiness activities, including S-1 preparation, internal controls, audit preparedness, and investor-facing materials.
• Build and scale a high-performing finance team and scalable financial systems and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee capital allocation, cash flow management, scenario planning, financial risk mitigation, and fundraising support.
• Ensure accurate GAAP-compliant reporting and provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a growth-stage or public company.
• Proven experience leading FP&A and financial strategy through a successful IPO or public filing process.
• Experience raising capital through private equity, venture capital, or public markets.
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, FP&A, healthcare financial metrics, and public company readiness.
• Experience building high-performing teams, implementing financial systems, and optimizing processes.
• Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
