What you will do

• Manage core TA processes and strategic initiatives to ensure service levels align with SLAs and client expectations.
• Control process quality and ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Manage departmental running costs, including budget, headcount, and overtime.
• Provide training, development, and coaching to team members to facilitate career progression.
• Coordinate tasks and resource management for Transfer Agency strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in the securities or funds services industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
• Experience managing processes dependent on deliverables from other locations.
• Proven track record of planning and initiating changes to meet objectives.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw (Hybrid).
