Middle/Senior Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle project delivery from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and enterprise-level client stakeholders.
• Define project scope, delivery approach, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams and proactively manage dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track progress against delivery commitments.
• Prepare executive-level reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in a software development environment.
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Experience driving delivery in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for direct communication with executive stakeholders.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Croatia, Poland, or Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).

Nice to have

• Experience with data-related initiatives such as ETL/ELT, data migration, or reporting.
• Background in fintech, wealth management, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience in client-facing roles within enterprise organizations.
