What you will do

• Define and drive the overall product strategy and long-term vision to support growth toward $500M+ ARR.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing organization of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Act as an AI champion, building prototypes to experiment with new ideas and guiding the PM team in agentic AI tools.
• Leverage accounting and fintech domain expertise to scale product offerings for enterprise customers.
• Drive measurable revenue growth through the launch of new SKUs and product lines.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate technical initiatives into customer value.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is NOT available.
• Previous ownership of a multi-product portfolio in the $150M–$200M+ ARR range.
• Demonstrated ability to directly increase revenue through product leadership and growth initiatives.
• Strong fluency in current AI tools and the ability to build functional prototypes.
• Exceptional executive presence and oral communication skills to influence stakeholders.
