AI Operations Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and ship AI agents and platforms to optimize customer experience (CX) motions, making them faster and more reliable.
• Define quality standards and accuracy for the division of labor between AI agents and human operators.
• Develop and deploy internal AI products and automations, ensuring rapid adoption within CX teams.
• Create frameworks, dashboards, and QA systems to measure and iteratively improve AI agent performance.
• Partner with engineering to solve foundational AI infrastructure challenges and ensure AI data reliability.
• Communicate the company's AI CX journey through customer pitches and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, applied AI, or product operations.
• Proven track record of prototyping and shipping AI tools, agents, or workflows at scale.
• Technical fluency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Working knowledge of core LLM concepts, including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval.
• Experience managing small technical or operational teams.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience at high-growth startups, specifically in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Background in internal enablement, change management, or rolling out organizational workflows.
• Interest in commercializing internal AI operational learnings into external products.
