TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $160K – $180K

What you will do

  • Build and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization across the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Define how content, offers, and product surfaces adapt to user behavior to make personalization a core differentiator.
  • Build and scale experimentation capabilities, managing the process from discovery through testing and launch.
  • Lead high-priority initiatives to improve core app engagement, retention, and cross-sell.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer tech or fintech.
  • Experience building personalization, recommendation systems, or growth/experimentation platforms.
  • Strong product sense and data fluency, with the ability to define metrics and drive decisions.
  • Track record of shipping 0→1 products and iterating on scalable systems.
  • Deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively.
  • Must be based in the United States.
