What you will do

• Identify founder pain points and deeply understand the needs of early-stage entrepreneurs using Atlas.
• Set product strategy, scope features, and define technical infrastructure requirements.
• Drive product development in collaboration with engineering by prioritizing ruthlessly and unblocking execution.
• Craft simple and powerful product experiences with high attention to detail.
• Own delivery of product and business metrics while communicating impact to internal stakeholders.
• Represent the product externally with founders, venture capitalists, accelerators, and partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or product-focused founder experience.
• Proven track record of shipping user-facing or API products built on complex technical systems at scale.
• Strong ability to use data to measure user impact and product performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for precise articulation of customer problems.
• Passion for helping founders and a persistence-driven approach to product success.
• Must be located in New York, South San Francisco, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Founder background or experience working in very early-stage company environments.
• Software engineering experience, a computer science degree, or similar technical background.
