Location: Hybrid in London, United Kingdom (must be in office 2–3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across various calendars and time zones.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidate logistics and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to resolve scheduling bottlenecks proactively.
  • Develop and implement improvements for coordination workflows and internal tools.
  • Support various ad hoc talent operations projects to enhance scaling.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations.
  • Expertise in managing high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to be in the London office 2–3 days per week.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Ashby ATS.
  • Experience supporting hiring in a scaling technology company.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and hiring metrics.
  • Curiosity about using AI tools to optimize day-to-day workflows.
