What you will do

• Contribute to global talent brand strategy, aligning with Talent Acquisition priorities
• Create content that brings Employee Value Proposition to life for candidates
• Manage social content from planning to publishing, using insights for better engagement
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Communications, and external partners for cohesive campaigns
• Maintain and optimize careers site and job board content
• Measure performance with data and experimentation to improve outcomes

Requirements

• 4–6 years experience in talent brand, marketing, or social media with impactful track record
• Strong writing skills to translate ideas into clear language across formats
• Ability to take projects from brief to launch and collaborate across teams
• Curiosity, openness to feedback, and motivation to grow
• Connect work to hiring goals and use AI tools for efficiency
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions and actions
