Success Insights Manager (AI/Customer Success): Execute scaled digital success programs by designing and developing AI-driven data insights content for enterprise customers with an accent on automated presentation decks, product adoption, and retention metrics. Focus on leveraging generative AI workflows, analyzing usage data patterns, and optimizing programs to drive business impact at scale.

Location: Remote in the US (WA, IL, CA excluding SF Bay Area, CO, NY)

Salary: $116,000 — $174,000 USD

What you will do

  • Automate creation of AI-driven presentation decks and insights using prompting models for personalized customer narratives.
  • Shift from rule-based to generative AI workflows for scalable, tailored content that maximizes customer value.
  • Collaborate with post-sales teams to translate customer needs into persuasive deck content addressing pain points.
  • Design scalable solutions aligned with product usage data to drive adoption and retention.
  • Leverage AI to analyze data, identify patterns, and quantify impact on retention and adoption goals.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Customer Success teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital success programs, growth product management/marketing, or automating insights
  • AI/automation mindset with experience in prompting, LLMs, testing, and optimizing programs
  • Expertise in data strategy, analysis for customer/growth marketing
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and compelling content creation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Gainsight, Pendo, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
  • Knowledge in identity, security, access management

Nice to have

  • Experience with Matik or deck-automation tools
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS adoption programs
  • Knowledge of AI agents, video, in-app guides, email engagement
