• Lead design, planning, and implementation of technology transformation initiatives.
• Own architectural decisions and manage full system development lifecycle from implementation to maintenance.

• Champion AI adoption by identifying opportunities with LLMs, tools, and frameworks to boost productivity and business value.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders for optimal business outcomes.
• Lead the technology team fostering outcome-driven development culture.

Requirements

• Expertise in .NET with strong full-stack development background.
• Experience leading technology teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs and AI-assisted tools for product integration.
• Proficiency in Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Very good spoken and written English skills.
• Openness to learning new technologies and excellent communication skills.
