What you will do

• Lead and contribute to software development, writing and reviewing code for critical projects.
• Mentor development teams delivering high-quality, scalable platforms.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and integrate ML models into products.
• Oversee full SDLC from planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with BU leadership to align engineering with business goals.
• Implement agile practices, sprint cadences, coding standards, and DevOps for efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years professional experience, 6+ years developing Web/SaaS/Mobile products, 5+ years leading engineering teams
• Deep .NET/C# expertise with Visual Studio, intermediate-advanced SQL
• Azure cloud architecture and deployment experience
• Agile leadership, SDLC tooling (Jira), CI/CD methodologies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-starter mindset
• Experience with inventory software solutions (plus)
