What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery from design through deployment for your pod.
• Drive planning, estimation, prioritization with Product Lead.
• Unblock team by coordinating with DevOps, DBAs, and other pods.
• Make architectural decisions ensuring maintainability and scalability.
• Write production code daily using AI tools across SDLC.
• Mentor on AI workflows, conduct code reviews, and improve processes.
• Collaborate with Product and customers to shape solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
• Experience leading technical delivery on complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of OOP, design patterns, SOLID, testing strategies.
• Proven use of AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) in daily workflow.
• Fullstack experience, .NET and React strongly preferred.
• CI/CD, automated testing, frequent deployments.
• Strong communication for engineers and stakeholders.
