Engineering Manager (Node.js/React)

What you will do

• Design and guide robust technical architectures aligned with company vision to optimize total cost of ownership.
• Support teams in technical decision-making and promote development best practices and quality.
• Collaborate on sales and delivery handovers to define technical approaches for new projects.
• Manage technical debt and security in coordination with Project and Operations Managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, defining technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Mentor and coach engineers, helping them grow in their roles and build professional confidence.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects within an agency environment.
• Strong architectural skills and hands-on experience in designing scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Next.js, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, and headless CMS.
• Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be currently living in The Netherlands.
