Location: Hybrid (Utrecht, The Netherlands). Must be already living in The Netherlands.
Salary: €5,500 – €7,500 per month

What you will do
- Design and guide robust technical architectures aligned with company vision to optimize total cost of ownership.
- Support teams in technical decision-making and promote development best practices and quality.
- Collaborate on sales and delivery handovers to define technical approaches for new projects.
- Manage technical debt and security in coordination with Project and Operations Managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, defining technical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
- Mentor and coach engineers, helping them grow in their roles and build professional confidence.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams or projects within an agency environment.
- Strong architectural skills and hands-on experience in designing scalable solutions.
- Proficiency with Node.js, Next.js, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, and headless CMS.
- Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be currently living in The Netherlands.
