What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of full-stack engineers through coaching, feedback, and career conversations, fostering accountability and psychological safety.
• Plan and facilitate agile ceremonies as scrum master, monitoring metrics to resolve delivery risks.
• Drive AI workflow adoption including Claude Code and AI-assisted reviews to maintain quality.
• Guide building scalable web apps, review designs across frontend/backend, balance features and platform health.
• Own roadmap execution and prioritization with product owners and stakeholders.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and process improvements for scaling.

Requirements

• 5–8 years building enterprise SaaS, including 2+ years managing/leading 5+ engineers
• Track record delivering complex products via agile.
• Full-stack background shipping data/API products.
• Proficiency with AI code tools like Claude Code CLI and managing AI workflows.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with data design, SQL, NoSQL.
• Time zone flexibility for US overlap

• Experience setting AI development norms and tools like CodeRabbit.
