TL;DR

Engineering Manager (SYNCHRO): Lead a cross-functional team building the 4D construction scheduling platform connecting design to field reality with an accent on technical excellence, innovation, and Model Centric Construction strategy. Focus on driving architectural decisions across desktop, web, and mobile, championing AI-assisted development, and ensuring delivery predictability and quality.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Office-based / Hybrid), ability to work fully remote from home.

Salary: from 4900 EUR gross (before taxes, Lithuania).

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional team across the SYNCHRO product stack from core scheduling engine to mobile apps.
  • Partner with Product Management to define and deliver quarterly roadmap aligned with global strategy.
  • Drive architectural decisions, code quality, and standards for native desktop, web, and Android.
  • Champion AI adoption like GitHub Copilot and Azure AI Studio in development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with platform teams on iTwin integration, IFC/4D data exchange, and geospatial ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with global leadership for architectural consistency and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years software engineering experience, at least 2 years in engineering leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams in distributed international environment.
  • Strong technical background in .NET/C++, cloud-native architecture (Azure preferred), or enterprise desktop apps.
  • Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering metrics (Azure DevOps or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with construction technology, BIM workflows, or geospatial platforms advantageous.
  • Clear communicator translating business goals into engineering execution.
  • Resume in English.
