What you will do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Grow revenue by managing contract lifecycles, identifying expansions, and closing renewals.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with client goals and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Engineering for onboarding and value realization.
  • Monitor customer health, provide business reviews, and act as customer advocate internally.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to position hirify.global as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in account management, customer success, or sales in SaaS, BIM, or design software, ideally AEC
  • Proven revenue growth in customer portfolios
  • Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills
  • Experience with structured account plans for strategic or mid-market clients
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Technical aptitude for hirify.global’s BIM platform
