Account Manager (English/Spanish)

Account Manager (English/Spanish) (SaaS): Manage client relationships post-sales and drive growth for Borealis SaaS platform with an accent on account strategies, financial management, and system adoption. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, delivering executive presentations, advising on best practices, and collaborating with project, technical, and product teams.

Location: 100% remote with flexible hours (40h/week) to adapt to clients’ time zones; main business hours in Québec, Canada; available for atypical hours

What you will do

• Develop trust-based relationships with clients and deploy growth strategies including defining plans and managing finances.
• Identify new needs, convert to opportunities, and deliver business presentations to executives.
• Analyze adoption levels, advise on system usage, propose solutions and workarounds for business objectives.
• Provide reporting and KPIs, brief project/technical teams, ensure helpdesk usage, and feed product roadmap.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client goals and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written/spoken); French or Portuguese a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in administration (BBA) or related field.
• 3-4+ years in customer success, account management, or solution consulting.
• 2-3 years with SaaS or CRM a plus.
• Strong technical background to explain SaaS to customers.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, cultural competence, and flexibility for multiple tasks/atypical hours.

Nice to have

• Third language (French/Portuguese).
• SaaS/CRM experience.
