Credit Controller

TL;DR

Credit Controller: Managing 500+ sales ledger accounts across multiple locations with an accent on chasing overdue payments via telephone, email, and letters. Focus on reviewing ledgers to identify overdue accounts, allocating payments, and resolving queries.

Location: UK and Ireland (over 250 locations)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

What you will do

• Chase overdue customers via telephone, email, and letters within agreed timescales
• Regularly review sales ledgers to identify overdue payments
• Allocate payments and resolve account queries

Requirements

• Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and use own initiative
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Credit Control or Financial Services
• A-Level or equivalent
• Credit control: 1 year
