What you will do

• Manage and assess Group Protection claims, making fair and balanced liability decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs, employers, and external partners.
• Deliver high-quality account management across pre and post-sale activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide scheme insight and performance data.
• Authorize claim payments, medical evidence, and rehabilitation support within authority levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong experience in claims assessment, ideally within Group Protection.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to make sound, balanced decisions using analytical thinking.
• Good understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Must be based in the UK to meet regulatory and corporate requirements.
