Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the genomic and clinical expert for clinicians, hospitals, academic institutions, and patient advocacy groups.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional key opinion leaders and key decision makers.
• Deliver scientific and clinical presentations on genomics and the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Support healthcare providers in implementing programs for pre-test counseling, result interpretation, and clinical management.
• Gather client insights on regional needs and service gaps to inform internal stakeholders and priority actions.
• Partner with sales leadership to coach Account Executives and optimize field sales strategies.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical or academic roles within Health Systems or as a genetic counselor in industry.
• Less than 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar industry role.
• Willingness to travel 60% of the time within the Central US region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.
