What you will do

• Assess and analyze claim file information to deliver objective, evidence-based recommendations.
• Communicate complex medical issues clearly to a multidisciplinary team.
• Identify and obtain necessary medical documentation for accurate functional assessments.
• Partner with healthcare providers and claimants to clarify diagnoses and return-to-work expectations.
• Provide coaching to non-clinical staff to improve medical understanding of claims.
• Maintain professional certifications and stay current with medical trends.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing and an active RN license are required.
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Previous experience in Disability medical case management preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and multiple software platforms.
