Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the genomic and clinical expert for clinicians, hospitals, and academic institutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional key opinion leaders and decision-makers.
• Deliver scientific presentations on genomics and the hirify.global product portfolio.
• Assist healthcare providers in operationalizing pre-test counseling and result interpretation.
• Collect and share client insights to improve genomic services and internal strategies.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to coach Account Executives and execute sales tactics.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling.
• 3+ years of experience in a clinical/academic role within a NICU, PICU, or CICU team, or as an industry genetic counselor.
• Less than 2 years of experience in an MSL or similar industry role.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 60% of the time within the Western US region.
