Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $105,000–$155,000 CAD base + discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Strategize delivery approaches with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Develop and execute project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and achievements.
• Perform day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile teams.
• Champion Agile values, manage project resources, track progress, and handle financials.
• Plan business readiness, deployment, transition to operations, and manage project risks.
• Present to senior management, C-level executives, and clients.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Completed Post-secondary Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of Project Management/Scrum Master experience in financial industry, preferably Wealth.
• Strong experience in project delivery with frameworks: Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean.
• Strong client-facing skills; PMP/Agile/SAFe/Scrum Certifications.
• Demonstrated Scrum expertise, data-driven approach with burn-down charts and velocity tracking.
