What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategy for the largest global partners, from initial pilots to massive rollouts.
• Solve complex partner-specific challenges, including POS integrations and operational overhauls.
• Utilize data insights to sell hirify.global’s product suite to C-suite executives of top-tier brands.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to turn ambitious ideas into reality.
• Develop formalized goals to scale partnerships and enhance the global ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy & ops, or leading a startup.
• Proficiency in SQL and AI for data-driven storytelling and decision-making.
• Experience managing multifunctional teams, including Design, Engineering, and Finance.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting visions to CEOs and collaborating with internal product teams.
• Analytical rigor and the ability to develop high-level strategic goals.
