What you will do

• Oversee implementation engagements as a product SME, covering net-new onboarding, expansion, and workflow optimization.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide customers through implementation milestones.
• Lead change management efforts to promote smooth transitions for clients and end-users.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure customers effectively use prescribed workflows.
• Manage the migration process from legacy systems to hirify.global to minimize operational disruption.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France or Dublin, Ireland.
• 2+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical project management within SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning customer-facing projects from kickoff through adoption.
• Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, integrations, data flows, and automations.
• Strong consultative skills to recommend practical workflow improvements based on business processes.
• Experience driving change management and facilitating stakeholder updates.
