What you will do

• Lead technical and business consultants to deliver successful software implementations for customers.
• Apply Global PMO methodology, standards, and processes in project execution.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Practice Leadership on key projects and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects across lifecycle stages, including planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and budgeting.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Handle complex and changing situations while maintaining focus on delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in Finnish and English
• Significant recent experience as project manager for software implementations in challenging environments
• Proven track record delivering multiple simultaneous projects with customers, senior stakeholders, and teams
• Experience working with external customers in Professional Services or similar
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage high volume of small projects
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
