What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, including technical configuration and operational milestones.
• Lead on-site implementations, pre-install inspections, staff training, and high-touch go-live support across North America.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, manage escalations, and serve as primary point of contact during implementation.
• Translate merchant technical requests into solutions, collaborating with engineering and support teams.
• Identify process friction points and drive efficiency to minimize time-to-value.
• Create training materials, user guides, and maintain documentation for repeatable success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for on-site launches across North America.
• Experience in customer-facing role with project management or technical onboarding.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Apps and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Nice to have

• GM or leadership experience in hospitality/restaurant setting.
• Experience in craft brewing industry.
• Previous experience with Silverware POS or other POS systems.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or web development basics.
