TL;DR

Business Intelligence Analyst (BI): Building visualizations and data support for dealer portfolio including DACS Scorecard and Dealer Deployment dashboards with an accent on gathering user requirements and preparing technical documentation. Focus on analyzing existing offerings, conducting market research, fulfilling data requests, and recommending process improvements.

Location: Chicago or Peoria, Illinois, United States (onsite, visa sponsorship not available)

Salary: $97,530 - $146,290

What you will do

• Assist in developing, testing, and delivering services/products while analyzing existing offerings and recommending upgrades.
• Conduct market research for comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide product/service recommendations.
• Identify user requirements, define technical specifications, and prepare documentation for senior analysts and teams.
• Support senior analysts with data requests, reports, technical assistance, and process efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Accuracy and attention to detail for high-precision tasks.
• Effective communications to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas accurately.
• Business data analysis skills to collect, identify, analyze, and interpret data using various techniques.
• Knowledge of business assessment, requirements analysis, technical writing, product design/development, and research analysis.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship not available).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with Power BI.
