TL;DR
Associate Director, Reporting and Analysis (Operations): Turn operational data into actionable insights that drive performance improvements across customer engagement programs like AP, CLEP, and Financial Aid Services with an accent on root cause analysis, scalable reporting, and business decision support. Location: Remote (USA). Option for hybrid (Tuesday/Wednesday in office) if living near offices. Authorization to work in the United States required. Occasional travel 4-6 times per year.
Salary: $56,000 - $100,000

What you will do
- Translate complex operational data into actionable insights on performance gaps, customer experience, and efficiency.
- Own insight layer for business reviews, defining metrics, surfacing risks, and driving decisions.
- Build scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and standardized metrics using tools like Tableau, Salesforce, and AWS.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality and identify opportunities for performance gains.
- Shift reporting to forward-looking insights that influence priorities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years with Tableau, AWS, Salesforce or similar
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables) and strong data visualization
- Experience with large datasets and turning them into actionable insights
- Consultative, analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Hands-on execution mindset and ability to work in undefined situations
- Authorization to work in the United States
