What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured methods.
• Design, maintain, and improve workflows and business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Build and own automated Power BI reports, dashboards, scorecards, and forecasting views for stakeholders.
• Develop data transformations using Power Query to clean, reshape, validate, and combine data from multiple sources.
• Support data collection, validation, audits, compliance checks, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Must live in Pennsylvania and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 5–8 years in operations analysis, reporting, data analytics, or related field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas), Power BI, and Power Query
